Thank you for your e-mail. We have gotten several complaints regarding
Noble Brokerage and their
signs on our listings. The complaints have been
forwarded to HUD for their action. If you have photos showing
any broker's
signs on HUD property, please forward them to my attention.
I RECEIVE THIS LETTER BUT AS USUAL THE PERSON DIDNT WANT THEIR NAME IN THE AD, PAR FOR THE COURSE.

It is a sad and small life that finds it necessary to dedicate so much time and effort to this horrible
crime of signs near government homes. If the person ever got out of Marion county they would know it is a very common practice
around the state.
As far as HUD and Southeast Alliance. They really are a dog with no teeth. I have documented blatant fraud
for them. In document and photos that is punishable by prison time. Their response was thank you, but it happens too much
for us to really do anything about it. So when sign issues arise they treat them like mosquitoes. I would suggest that
the owner of this website has never spoken to my customers. They would tell you that unethical and dishonest is not what I
am about at all. Rather much to the contrary.
The use of signs to make the phone ring makes a broker dishonest about as much as exceeding the speed limit
makes a driver equal to a felon. You may want to know that I also take extra napkins at Burger King for my car. You
can report that to the fast food fraud hotline.
That website is a good nominee for the "give me a break" segment on TV.

Government owned homes.
HUD has a law in place that forbids the placing of company real estate signs on or near the property that is
for sale. So far we have 4 Florida brokerage companies that keep breaking that law with total disregard to the warnings of
HUD. They have their own signs made that give the impression that the homes are listed with them, or they are a government
owned brokerage. WELL WHEN YOU SEE THESE SIGNS ON THE PROPERTY, OR STREET CORNERS, THEY ARE ILLEGAL, AND THEY ARE TELLING
YOU THAT THESES FIRMS WILL BREAK THE LAW WHEN IT SUITS THEM, SO DEAL ACCORDINGLY, IF THEY BREAK ONE LAW THEY WILL BREAK THEM
ALL.

The problem is I have complained, sent pictures , etc to HUD and the management brokers, and they keep beliveing
the lies and bullshit thatis being fed them, and then give them sales, once again it is the Government rewarding un-ethical
and dishonest dealings, to the short fall by the Brokers and Agents that follow the rules and law. WE NEED MORE BROKERS AND
AGENTS TO GET THESES SIGNS AND MAIL THEM TO HUD.
